GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a private market by operators of a private market under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a private market carrying on the running of a private market shall furnish Form A to the Development Authority within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a private market carrying on the running of a private market shall make an application in Form A to the Development Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a private market is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
