GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: Attendance before a commission by persons summoned by a commission under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person summoned by a commission carrying on attendance before a commission shall furnish Form H to the Appellate Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person summoned by a commission carrying on attendance before a commission shall make an application in Form H to the Appellate Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which attendance before a commission is undertaken, and the Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
