GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an institution for persons with disabilities by institutions for persons with disabilities under the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats) Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Rehabilitation Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every institution for persons with disabilities carrying on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall furnish Form III to the District Level Committee within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every institution for persons with disabilities carrying on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form III to the District Level Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an institution for persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the District Level Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
