GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall furnish Form D to the Disciplinary Panel within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form D to the Disciplinary Panel within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Telangana.
