GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall furnish Form E to the Agency within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall make an application in Form E to the Agency within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of adventure sports is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Telangana.
