GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The translation of documents for the court by translators empanelled by the court under the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Court Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every translator empanelled by the court carrying on the translation of documents for the court shall furnish Form F to the Taxing Officer within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every translator empanelled by the court carrying on the translation of documents for the court shall make an application in Form F to the Taxing Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the translation of documents for the court is undertaken, and the Taxing Officer shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
