GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall furnish Form B to the Sports Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall make an application in Form B to the Sports Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of adventure sports is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Goa.
