GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form B to the Excise Commissioner within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form B to the Excise Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Excise Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
