GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The issue of share certificates by company issuing shares under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Superintendent of Stamps, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every company issuing shares carrying on the issue of share certificates shall furnish Form F to the State Government within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every company issuing shares carrying on the issue of share certificates shall make an application in Form F to the State Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the issue of share certificates is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
