GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The provision of access to a public building by owners of a public building under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a public building carrying on the provision of access to a public building shall furnish Form I to the National Trust within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a public building carrying on the provision of access to a public building shall make an application in Form I to the National Trust within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of access to a public building is undertaken, and the National Trust shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
