GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a commission agent in a market by commissions agent in a market under the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall furnish Form F to the Government of Karnataka within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Karnataka within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a commission agent in a market is undertaken, and the Government of Karnataka shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Karnataka.
