GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The erection of buildings near a defence work by owners of a building near a defence work under the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Provost Marshal, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building near a defence work carrying on the erection of buildings near a defence work shall furnish Form F to the Government of Maharashtra within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building near a defence work carrying on the erection of buildings near a defence work shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Maharashtra within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the erection of buildings near a defence work is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra.
