Hyderabad, dated the 15th March, 2023

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall furnish Form F to the Disciplinary Panel within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall make an application in Form F to the Disciplinary Panel within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of adventure sports is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Telangana.
