GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The issue of share certificates by company issuing shares under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Treasury Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every company issuing shares carrying on the issue of share certificates shall furnish Form C to the Sub-Registrar within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every company issuing shares carrying on the issue of share certificates shall make an application in Form C to the Sub-Registrar within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the issue of share certificates is undertaken, and the Sub-Registrar shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Rajasthan.
