GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall furnish Form F to the Waqf Tribunal within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application in Form F to the Waqf Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pilgrim lodge is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra.
