ORDER
Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 8 of 1954), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 3 to the Tahsildar within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 3 to the Tahsildar within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
