GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form 2 to the Settlement Officer within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form 2 to the Settlement Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Telangana.
