GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The carrying on of business by a registered body by registered bodies under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered body carrying on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall furnish Form D to the Review Committee within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered body carrying on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall make an application in Form D to the Review Committee within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of business by a registered body is undertaken, and the Review Committee shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
