GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The employment of persons with disabilities by establishments employing persons with disabilities under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Welfare Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every establishment employing persons with disabilities carrying on the employment of persons with disabilities shall furnish Form IV to the Commission within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every establishment employing persons with disabilities carrying on the employment of persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form IV to the Commission within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
