GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a clinical establishment by persons carrying on a clinical establishment under the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Medical Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall furnish Form 28 to the Appropriate Authority within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application in Form 28 to the Appropriate Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a clinical establishment is undertaken, and the Appropriate Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka.
