GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The examination of documents as an expert by handwriting experts under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Court Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every handwriting expert carrying on the examination of documents as an expert shall furnish Form F to the Registrar General within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every handwriting expert carrying on the examination of documents as an expert shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the examination of documents as an expert is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
