GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
