New Delhi, dated the 26th May, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a hazardous installation by owners of a hazardous installation under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall furnish Form F to the State Executive Committee within three days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application in Form F to the State Executive Committee within three days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a hazardous installation is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
