GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 14 to the Collector within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Collector within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Telangana.
