GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The guardianship of a person with disability by limited guardians under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every limited guardian carrying on the guardianship of a person with disability shall furnish Form VI to the Chief Commissioner within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every limited guardian carrying on the guardianship of a person with disability shall make an application in Form VI to the Chief Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the guardianship of a person with disability is undertaken, and the Chief Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
