GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of premises by tenants under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Adjudicating Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form G to the Adjudicating Officer within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form G to the Adjudicating Officer within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Karnataka.
