GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall furnish Form F to the Charity Commissioner within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form F to the Charity Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
