GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: Street vending by street vendors under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Ward Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every street vendor carrying on street vending shall furnish Form B to the Development Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every street vendor carrying on street vending shall make an application in Form B to the Development Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which street vending is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
