GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form H to the Endowments Tribunal within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form H to the Endowments Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
