GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone by co-developers under the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating authority, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-developer carrying on the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone shall furnish Form ANF-5A to the Export Promotion Council within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every co-developer carrying on the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone shall make an application in Form ANF-5A to the Export Promotion Council within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone is undertaken, and the Export Promotion Council shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
