New Delhi, dated the 27th June, 2021

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Civil Defence Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall furnish Form C to the State Authority within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form C to the State Authority within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
