Hyderabad, dated the 1st May, 2021

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall furnish Form D to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form D to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana.
