GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Survey Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Societies within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Societies within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
