GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The plying of an inland vessel by owners of an inland vessel under the Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Shipping Master, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of an inland vessel carrying on the plying of an inland vessel shall furnish Form 3 to the Director-General within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of an inland vessel carrying on the plying of an inland vessel shall make an application in Form 3 to the Director-General within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the plying of an inland vessel is undertaken, and the Director-General shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Gujarat.
