GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a swimming pool by operators of a swimming pool under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Sports Officer, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall furnish Form F to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application in Form F to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a swimming pool is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Goa.
