Chandigarh, dated the 24th September, 2020

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of fertilisers by dealers in fertilisers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Agricultural Officer, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall furnish Form C to the Director of Agriculture within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall make an application in Form C to the Director of Agriculture within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of fertilisers is undertaken, and the Director of Agriculture shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Punjab.
