GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of an advertising agency by advertising agencies under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registering Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every advertising agency carrying on the business of an advertising agency shall furnish Form IV to the Board of Film Certification within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every advertising agency carrying on the business of an advertising agency shall make an application in Form IV to the Board of Film Certification within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of an advertising agency is undertaken, and the Board of Film Certification shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
