GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Fishing in a reservoir by licensees of a fishery in a reservoir under the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Engineer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir carrying on fishing in a reservoir shall furnish Form H to the Government of Rajasthan within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir carrying on fishing in a reservoir shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Rajasthan within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which fishing in a reservoir is undertaken, and the Government of Rajasthan shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Rajasthan.
