Bengaluru, dated the 22nd February, 2020

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The setting up of a unit by units under the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Development Commissioner, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall furnish Form ANF-1 to the Reserve Bank within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall make an application in Form ANF-1 to the Reserve Bank within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the setting up of a unit is undertaken, and the Reserve Bank shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
