GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The registration of instruments by registering officers under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Registrar, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registering officer carrying on the registration of instruments shall furnish Form E to the District Registrar within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registering officer carrying on the registration of instruments shall make an application in Form E to the District Registrar within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the registration of instruments is undertaken, and the District Registrar shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Rajasthan.
