GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a shop in a village market by shopkeepers in a village market under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every shopkeeper in a village market carrying on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall furnish Form 5 to the Director of Panchayats within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every shopkeeper in a village market carrying on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall make an application in Form 5 to the Director of Panchayats within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a shop in a village market is undertaken, and the Director of Panchayats shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
