GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall furnish Form 3 to the State Government within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application in Form 3 to the State Government within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as a sharecropper is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Odisha.
