GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The hereditary management of a temple by hereditary trustees under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall furnish Form G to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall make an application in Form G to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hereditary management of a temple is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
