GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of waqf property by tenants of waqf property under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall furnish Form H to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application in Form H to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of waqf property is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan.
