GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of an institution by managers of an institution under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall furnish Form D to the Charity Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall make an application in Form D to the Charity Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of an institution is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
