GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The receipt of foreign contribution by recipients of foreign contribution under the Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating authority, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every recipient of foreign contribution carrying on the receipt of foreign contribution shall furnish Form ANF-5A to the Board of Approval within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every recipient of foreign contribution carrying on the receipt of foreign contribution shall make an application in Form ANF-5A to the Board of Approval within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of foreign contribution is undertaken, and the Board of Approval shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
