GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The coaching of athletes by coaches under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall furnish Form C to the Sports Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the coaching of athletes is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Telangana.
