ORDER

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Civil Defence Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form D to the State Authority within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form D to the State Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
