GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The typing of pleadings for reward by court typists under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Court Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall furnish Form E to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall make an application in Form E to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the typing of pleadings for reward is undertaken, and the Taxing Officer shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
