GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The discharge of effluent into a stream by person discharging effluent into a streams under the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Irrigation Inspector, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person discharging effluent into a stream carrying on the discharge of effluent into a stream shall furnish Form F to the Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person discharging effluent into a stream carrying on the discharge of effluent into a stream shall make an application in Form F to the Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the discharge of effluent into a stream is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Rajasthan.
